New accusations target the US
forces stationed in Iraq,
as the Association of Muslim scholars reported the death of ten civilians in Iraq,
all killed by US airstrike.
The warplanes struck neighbourhoods in the outskirts of Baghdad
while Iraqi ground forces that arrested about 40 people, the association said.
The US military
didn’t make any comment regarding the allegations.
Meanwhile, the coalition forces reported the death of eight US
soldiers in the past days, while a roadside bomb killed one soldier from the
multinational Division-Baghdad on Sunday, two others being hurt.
Friday, three soldiers died in a similar incident in the
northern region of the country, as a marine lost his live in al-Anbar province
while taking part in a military operation.
The attacks against army patrols have intensified in Iraq,
three more soldiers being killed by explosive devices which were detonated as
their armored vehicles were passing by.
In other developments, the coalition forces continue their
raids in different parts of Iraq, two dozens suspects being detained this week,
the US military reported.
