Actress Drew Barrymore and her beau, “The
Break-Up” actor Justin Long, have broken up after almost a year of dating,
Barrymore’s publicist confirmed the split.
According to US Weekly, which first
reported the story, the two decided to remain friends.
The 33-year-old “Lucky You” actress and the
30-year-old actor started dating in August 2007 after knowing each other for
several years. In March, the actress told Vogue that her cheeks hurt, she was
so happy.
“They’re two peas in a pod, they’re made
for each other,” Sam Rockwell, Barrymore’s costar in “Charlie’s Angels” told
People last month, without knowing what the future will bring. “They’re like
Mr. and Mrs. Warmth.”

by Drew Barrymore.
An Emmy Award and Goden Globe-nominee, Barrymore
has appeared in comedies such as “50 First Dates,” “Fever Pitch,” “Music and
Lyrics.” Barrymore, best known for her role in “Charlie’s Angels,” also starring
Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu, received a Golden Globe nomination for Best
Supporting Actress for her role in “Irreconcilable Differences” (1984).
