Gun Fight in San Francisco Bay Leaves 3 Dead People
A domestic disturbance reported at a hair salon in San Francisco Bay turned into a gun fight that ended with three people killed on Saturday. A police officer was among the three dead and Martinez police together Contra Costa County sheriff's deputies said they had sent police officers to Elegant Hair Designs as to respond to a disturbance call.

No one inside the hair salon was shot while the salon was full of customers at the time of the attack, including a bridal party. Witnesses said that the man broke a window of the salon and entered demanding to see the owner.

Officials said that the gunman was looking for his ex-wife after the police officers arrived and then went to an apartment complex behind the salon, where gun shots could be heard.

Paul Starzyk, a Sergeant of the Martinez police, was killed during the exchange of the gun shots which happened inside the apartment complex. He was a 12-year veteran of the force and he was quickly taken to the hospital, but was later pronounced dead.

The man who shot and killed the two hasn’t been identified yet, but police officers managed to kill him after he had shot Starzyk and the female.
On Monday, the two identities are expected to be revealed by the authorities.

Martinez Police Chief Tom Simonetti said that "(Starzyk) was one of the best police officers this department has ever seen. He was a friend and a true leader in our department,” while other companions were mourning the loss of the police officer.

Commie-Liberal Media

Leave it to the commies to pick the most inappropriate handgun image. The Israeili-made Desert Eagle is a tanker's sidearm, not common in the USA, and very expensive. It is far too large to be concealable, not the sort of thing that a domestic abuser would try to carry while on his way to kill his ex. No career criminal would carry a hog leg like that. No, the picture was chosen strictly because it's a "big, black, ugly gun'. Just the sort of criteria a gun-grabbing pinko journalist living in Commiefornia would use. Besides, this isn't a "gun" crime, this is a domestic violence crime, involving real people - not disembodied hands. I agree with the other writer who pointed this out.

Agreed - this is an incredibly irresponsible image associated with this story. Fascists.

People kill people

This article has a picture of a handgun with only a hand visible holding it. This is a rather polarized image. It suggests that handguns kill people but that the person that actually pulled the trigger is not responsible. Guns do not kill people, PEOPLE kill people. Was this image of a handgun only picked on the basis of scare tatic "gun control?" Lets see an image of the person that killed instead. CRIME control not gun control.
Exactly

Couldn't have said it better myself. It never makes sense to the anti-Second Amendment crowd that criminals commit crimes. Guns don't walk into banks and rob them nor do they carjack people nor do they drive cars to commit drive-by shootings.
Pro-Gun vs. Anti-Gun

Little correction here for Pro-Gunners and Anti-Gunners: Neither people kill people, neither guns kill people.
Remember once and forever: People with guns kill people (with, or without guns, it depends who draws first shot)...
So, let's start thinking from here.
Oh, about the second amendment: Back then whenever, whoever wrote about the right that anyone could protect him/herself from the government with arms, had no or little idea about today's government system. I mean, we're talking about the government with police, law, and huge arsenal of armor that can destroy any leaving being on earth. So, can you stand against the government with your "45? I think the problem is that we always try to take sides, based on our love/hate relationship with guns and crimes bypassing the objective judgment.
