Timberlake: Executive-Producer on “My Problem With Women”
Even though his success is unquestionable in every single domain, dancing, singing, acting, but most of all women, Justin Timberlake seems to have an issue with the latter. His problem, however, is not actually a real one, the singer only being one of the executive-producers of the new NBC show “My Problem With Women”

In order for this to happen The Associated Press reported that Timberlake has teamed up with Reveille Productions and also with European producer Power. After ABC’s success with “Ugly Betty” which was adapted from the Spanish-language series of “Betty La Fea,” NBC thought that the success of the new show based on the Peruvian show “Mi Problema con las Mujeres,” will be assured.

The Peruvian show is the story of a thirtysomething bachelor named Jose, who is trying to understand and to deal with the failure of his romantic relationships. In order to do that, Jose is getting help from a therapist. According to The Daily News, Reville managing director Howard T, Owens said that “’My Problem With Women’ offers a clever an hilarious take on the battle between the sexes.”

The Daily news also reports that Justin Timberlake said in a statement that he “is very excited to be collaborating with Reveille to bring this hugely successful format to NBC.” Reveille is a production company headed by Ben Silverman, who last year became NBC’s entertainment chief. Reveille also developed the BBC series “The Office for NBC and “Ugly Betty” for ABC.

Timberlake, aged 27, proved an extraordinary ambition in the past years. He put an end to the famous boy-band N’Sync and released two solo albums. For him singing wasn’t enough, as a result he featured two films “Alpha Dog” and “Black Snake Moan” and also voiced a character in last year’s “Shrek the Third.”
